Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients:
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 T minced garlic
1 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup water
4 T rice vinegar
1 c brown sugar
4 T cornstarch
sesame seeds optional

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 
2. Spray 9x13 pan  and set chicken breasts in pan
3. In saucepan, combine rest of ingredients for a few minutes until it starts to thicken up
4. Pour sauce on chicken 
5. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, turn over and bake for another 20 minutes.
6. Serve with rice
