Texas Cavier

This dip is super yummy to make at the beginning of the week and munch on all week!!

Ingredients:
1 can of shoepeg corn, drained (11 oz)
1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained 
2 Roma tomatoes,diced
1 bunch of green onions, thinly sliced 
1/2 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
1 avacado, chopped-I usually add more everyday 

Dressing:
1 garlic clove, minced 
1-2 T of hot sauce (I use franks hot sauce) 
2 TB red wine vinegar 
2 TB olive oil 
1 tsp of salt 
1/2 tsp pepper 
Mix all together and pour over veggies. Mix well. delish now and later!!

Serve with chips!
