This recipe is super easy and super yummy! You can use any protein, cheeses, or veggies that you want!
Breakfast Fritatta
6 eggs (I use 4 whole eggs, 3 egg whites)
handful sliced turkey (you can use ham)
handful of sliced mushrooms, you could also dice up some asparagus
handful of feta cheese, parmesan, or goat cheese, or all three!
1/4 cup of non fat milk, or whichever you choose
pinch of salt and pepper
Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl, add all your chopped veggies, protein, and cheeses. Pour into a standard pie pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at *375 for 25 min or until center is firm.
